H2X Water Sports Event Description

The H2X Watersports thrill shows are events that will feature the world’s top professional Jet Ski racers and freestyle riders, Wakeboarders and other acrobats demonstrating this “next wave” of Action sports. These are the first events of their kind, and the first to fill the nations’ arenas with water!

PWC Racing and Freestyle Jet Ski jumping top professional PWC (personal watercraft) racers competing in head-to-head “supercross” style racing with qualifying and a main event. Incredible Jet Ski Freestyle performers back flipping, barrel rolling, submarine dives, and other incredible water stunts on their modified watercraft.

Wakeboarders, Kneeboarders, Wakeskaters, and flipping and tricking off a huge water jumps and
rail slide obstacles. All the riders will perform to a backdrop of music and colored lighting effects, along with Bikini Flag girls and acrobatic performers with riders’ on water will add dramatic entertainment value to these already one of a kind spectacles.

These events will not only attract Jet Ski enthusiasts, but also all Motorsports fans, Extreme Sports fans and curious people who want to see a giant Man Made INDOOR LAKE and flying Watercraft! Each event will have constructed a HALF MILLION-GALLON POOL for arenas.

Basic logistics and production details:

Pool Size: max: 200’ x 130’ (can be increased or decreased in 10ft sections)

Pool Depth: 3.5 feet

Water Capacity: 400,000 Gallons (approximate)

Event Promoter: Each arena venue or an area event promoter.

Set up time = 10hrs…Water fill time = 8hrs… approximate set up time = 18 hours
Drain time = 8hrs…Pool dismantle = 8hrs… approximate load out time= 16 hours

H2X package includes:
- The world’s best Jet Ski riders; Wakeboarders, Wakeskaters and other acrobats.
- A half-million gallon portable “man-made lake” filling the Arena floor space. Pool walls & bladder.
- All ADMAT art to be available through Bill Young Productions. IE: TV & Radio spots, posters, etc...
- Production / Logistical (Pool walls & set up supervision of local labor, vinyl liner & Jumps)
- All Entertainer and production salaries.

9:00- 9:30 Freestyle stunt show finale

9:30-10:00pm Athlete Meet-n-Greet/ Autographs

Program Objectives
• Create an Indoor Water show sports event program that is attractive to TV, spectators and sponsors. Maintain, expand, and evolve the series into large Stadium racing events, along with arena shows, to insure a multiple year run in numerous markets around the world.

• Create an event program that offers onsite patrons and at home viewers a compelling showcase of PWC racing and the water sports stunt shows.

• Implement a comprehensive event-marketing program that supports all the event locations/venues, local sponsors and dealer retailers, television partners and all National series sponsors.

• Build names and images for the sport’s top stars using TV and media outlets to peak fan interest.

• Use the arena theatrically lit atmosphere and INDOOR LAKE setting to build an attractive venue
that is inviting and unique, close to home, with comfortable seating.
